Pitti Immagine, Uomo 78 edition and Pitti Woman Precollection!
Pitti Immagine is the world’s most important men’s fashion fair. Chosen by the top international firms to launch collections and theri global strategies worldwide at the start of the season. The theme of this summer edition, cured by Patricia Urquiola, will be Design Watching: a kind of fusion of fashion and design by the Pitti People Comunity. Special guest for this season will be the major fashion name Jil Sander.
In contemporary at the ex-Dogana Via Valfonda, in Florence,the sixth edition of Pitti_W opens! Dedicated to the woman 2010 precollection. A selected group of about 60 international brands will present exclusive previews of their 2011 spring-summer collections. The special guest, with an unique event presented by the Fondazione Pitti Discovery is, Haider Ackermann.
As always the staff from romanofirenze will be there, and update you with photos and curiosities from the Pitti Fair and the upcoming trends. You cannot miss the most important fashion appointment in the city!
