Coming up, Florence fashion week

Twice a year Florence change from one day to the other, the streets get more crowded and most of them are fashionable and extra-ordinary people, if you´re lucky you might even see some star in town, many clothing and shoe shops make an outstanding refreshment, at night there´s always some apertivo or party to join. We are talking about the fashion fair, Pitti Immagine, that takes place here in Florence next week. The 16-19 of June it´s time  for the 76th edition of Pitti Uomo at Fortezza da basso and the 4th edition of Pitti W Woman Pre-collection that will be held at the Dogana and Villa Vittoria.

The Pitti Woman is expanding and this year 60 international brands will present exclusive showings of their 2010 spring/summercollections, this year there will be a special area for an extra-ordinary group from the British fashion world, who star in London’s fashion week. Proenza Schouler, the sporty and youthful New York label by the designers Jack McCollough and Lazar Hernandez will be the special guests for Pitti Woman.
